No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
3KVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destination addresses, or DNS query history, or create connection histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity.
Temporary connection states needed to operate the service are used only during session processing and are not retained as long-term connection logs after a session ends. Cumulative account usage and order records are service-management data and are handled separately from browsing history. If diagnostic information is needed to troubleshoot an issue, its purpose will be explained. Remove passwords, login credentials, and subscription links before sharing, and delete diagnostic attachments that are no longer needed once the issue is resolved.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
The marketing website uses access analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, and interactions, so content and navigation can be improved. Analytics are limited to activity on this website. They are not used to record activity on other websites accessed through subscription services, and usernames, passwords, and subscription credentials are not used as analytics fields.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. Access analytics may use identifiers to distinguish visits. You can clear or restrict storage in your browser settings. Clearing login credentials means you will need to sign in again, while restricting necessary storage may affect panel features. After signing out, we recommend clearing site data on shared devices.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Supported payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. 3KVPN receives the payment result and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders; users are not asked to submit their payment account passwords to this website. Data is shared with relevant processors only to the extent necessary to deliver services, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Personal data is not sold. The scope of any sharing must match its specific purpose. Public records of USDT transactions are determined by the relevant network; deleting an account on this website does not remove transaction records from that network.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Access analytics are kept only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated and de-identified. Different data is handled according to its purpose; the continued existence of an account does not extend the retention period of all data indefinitely.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account details through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may prevent continued use of subscription entitlements. Records that must be retained by law or are subject to an ongoing dispute will have their use restricted and handled when the reason for retention ends. Residual data in backups is cleared through normal rotation.

Important changes to data purposes, processing scope, or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, the relevant processing will not begin until consent is obtained.
